Evaluation Overview
When an evaluation for you or someone you manage is available, you’ll receive an email notifying you of outstanding tasks. You can review and complete these from your dashboard.

Start and Complete an Employee Evaluation
- When you receive an evaluation notification email, log in and go to your Dashboard.
2. Click Start Evaluation next to the employee you want to evaluate.
3. Complete each section of the evaluation, including Review Goals, and Create Goals, if applicable. If the employee has completed their self-evaluation before you, you can download a copy of their responses.
4. Once all sections are completed (indicated with a checkmark next to each), click Submit to complete your feedback request.
Schedule and Finalize an Evaluation
5. After submitting an evaluation for an employee, schedule a time to meet with them to review it;
6. If you need to add additional signers to the evaluation, click Request Additional Signatures.
7. After meeting with the employee, click Mark as Reviewed and Ask for Signatures.
8. All finalized evaluations can be reviewed by going to the Finalized Evaluations tab on the Evaluations page.
Manage Goals
If your company uses goals, you can review, edit, comment on, mark goals as completed, or create new goals for yourself or any employee who reports to you (or is in your downline).
- My Goals – Contains all your goals, whether created during or outside the evaluation process. This includes in-progress, completed, and past-due goals.
- Team Member’s Goals – Lists goals for all employees who report to you or are in your downline. These can be created by you or the employee.
- Create a New Goal – To create a new goal for yourself or an employee, click Create a New Goal.
- View | Actions – View goals, add comments, update the status to completed, or make changes by clicking Actions.
