Connecting Express Evaluations on Employee Navigator
Because the Data Exchange will send all employees from Employee Navigator into Express Evaluations, it's critical that all employees who will be completing evaluations within Express Evaluations are in Employee Navigator. If you have a group of employees who aren't housed in Employee Navigator, you'll need to get them added in Employee Navigator.
IE. if you don't put part time ineligible employees into Employee Navigator, but those employees will complete evaluations in Express Evaluations, you'll need to have your Broker add a Part Time - Ineligible class in Employee Navigator, and make sure they aren't eligible for any benefits. Then add all Part Time - Ineligible employees into that class.
The Data Exchange connection must be made in Employee Navigator, by your broker. You can send the following link to your broker with instructions on how to make the data exchange connection - Employee Navigator Data Exchange Connection Instructions

Email Addresses in Employee Navigator
Email addresses are the unique identifier within Express Evaluations. We recommend making email address a required field within Employee Navigator.
Items to be aware of regarding email addresses;
-
Employees with missing email address in Employee Navigator
- These employees will NOT feed into Express Evaluations, until they have an email address added within Employee Navigator
-
Employees who have a shared email address within Employee Navigator
- If two employees have the same email address within Employee Navigator, both (or all) employees WILL be loaded into Express Evaluations, but only the first person that is invited to the system will be able to register their account.
-
Primary Email address within Employee Navigator will be the employee's Express Evaluations username
- If employees select to have their personal email address as their primary email address within Employee Navigator, their Express Evaluation Username/Primary email address will be their personal email
