Scoring Labels allow you to control how employee evaluation scores appear on finalized evaluations when scoring is enabled. Instead of showing only a percentage score, scoring labels allow you to associate percentage ranges with descriptive performance labels.
Each evaluation schedule allows you to select the scoring labels that will be used when displaying finalized evaluation results.
Jump to a section below to learn how to:
Create Scoring Labels
Scoring labels are created from the Settings page.
- Click Settings from the left navigation menu.

These ranges determine how evaluation scores will appear on finalized evaluations.

- Navigate to Evaluations → Create Evaluation Schedule.
- Locate the Options section of the schedule builder.
- Select the scoring label group you want applied to the evaluation.
Once assigned, the selected scoring labels will be used to display employee scores on finalized evaluations.
