Getting Started: Set Up Your Company in Express Evaluations

Setting up your company in Express Evaluations is a straightforward process that prepares your organization to run performance reviews efficiently. This guide walks HR Admins through the key steps required to configure templates, add employees, and launch evaluations. Follow each section in order to ensure a complete setup.

Create Evaluation Templates

Evaluation templates are the foundation of your performance reviews. You must create at least one template before scheduling evaluations.

1. From the left menu, click Evaluations. 

   
   

2. Select Evaluation Templates.

 

3. Click Create New Evaluation Templates.

 
 

4. Configure your template according to your organization’s review criteria.
5. Save the template.

Note: All created templates are stored in this section for future use or editing.

Schedule Evaluations

Once templates are created and employees are added, you can schedule evaluations.

Important: After scheduling, evaluation templates cannot be modified.

1. Confirm your evaluation templates are finalized.

2. From the left menu, click Evaluations. 

   
   

3. Select Schedules. 

   
   

4. Click Create Schedule. 

   
   

5. Complete the schedule setup and assign evaluations to employees.
6. Save the schedule.

Note: Creating a schedule assigns evaluations to employees and initiates the review process.

Send Registration Invites

After scheduling evaluations, employees must be invited to access the system.

1. Send registration invites to employees using the system’s invite process.
2. Click on People
3. Manage people  
   
4. If you would like to send emails in bulk, you can click “send bulk employee invite:

5. If you would like to invite individually there is an actions menu next to each employee with an “invite” button. 

6. Ensure all employees receive and complete their registration.

Important: Employees will not receive any system emails until a registration invite has been sent.

Important: Before sending registration emails, coordinate with your IT department to whitelist the following IP address to ensure email delivery:

• 149.72.90.196
