Bulk Actions Wizard for Peers & Signers

You can now assign peers or signers to multiple evaluations at once using a step-by-step wizard with progress tracking.

• Peers – Choose one or more evaluations, select employees who aren’t already peers, and confirm before applying changes.

• Signers – Select evaluations that require signatures, add eligible signers, and confirm updates in bulk.

This saves time and reduces duplicate effort compared to manual assignments.

AI Analysis Now Available for HR Admins

HR admins can now use AI Analysis when:

• Reviewing evaluations

• Viewing finalized evaluations

This makes it easier to quickly understand evaluation content and ask questions without reading every detail.

Smarter Imports

Imports now run in the background. Instead of waiting on a loading screen:

• You’ll see a notice that the import is processing.

• You’ll get an email when the import is complete (or if it fails).

This lets you continue working while imports run.

Simplified User Invites

We’ve streamlined the user invite process:

• One Invite button for all users

• You’ll choose whether it’s an SSO user or username/password user

• Each option sends a tailored invite email with clear instructions

This makes it easier to send the right invite the first time.

Other Improvements

• Minor updates and bug fixes to improve stability and performance.
