Set Up SFTP File Transfer Integration with EddyHR

If your company uses EddyHR as your HR and payroll provider, you can enable an integration that automatically feeds employee data to Express Evaluations via secure SFTP file transfer.

Initiate the Integration Process

1. Once your Express Evaluations account is ready, we will contact EddyHR directly to request the integration setup.

2. If you visit the EddyHR marketplace and select Express Evaluations, you’ll see instructions asking you to have us initiate the request - EddyHR Integration Page

Understand the Data Feed

EddyHR will send an automated file to Express Evaluations every Saturday morning. This file includes:

• Employee Status Changes:

  • New Hires

  • Terminations

• Demographic Updates:

  • First Name

  • Middle Name

  • Last Name

  • Email Address

  • Secondary Email Address

  • Hire Date

  • Manager

  • Job Title

  • Location

  • Department

  • Employee ID

If there are any fields you do not want included in the feed, just let our support team know.

Go Live and Maintain the Integration

1. Once the connection is made, we’ll notify you that the data feed is active.

2. Within 1–2 business days, our team will complete mapping the data to your org and employees.

3. After mapping, the feed will be considered live.

Important:
Once live, all fields included in the feed will be locked for manual editing in Express Evaluations.
The only fields you can still update in Express Evaluations are:

• Manager assignment

• Location

• Department

• Team

• Evaluation Date

All other changes must be made in EddyHR and will sync with the next weekly file.
