Check-Ins allow managers to document one-on-one meetings with employees throughout the year outside of formal performance reviews. This feature helps maintain a record of conversations, feedback, and coaching discussions that occur between evaluation cycles.
Check-Ins are available to Managers and HR Admins, and employees can view Check-Ins if the Manager or HR Admin chooses to make them visible.
