You can send reminder emails at any point in the evaluation process, including after the due date has passed. Reminder emails notify individuals that they have an outstanding feedback request that needs to be completed.
This article applies to HR Admins and Managers managing evaluation completion.

Send Individual Reminder Emails
- Navigate to Evaluations.
- Click the arrow next to the evaluation you want to manage.
- Locate the feedback request you want to send a reminder for.
- Click the Actions dropdown next to the feedback request.
- Select Send Reminder.
- Then click Submit.
Important Notes and Limitations
- Reminder emails can be sent at any stage of the evaluation, including after the due date
- Emails are sent to individual participants assigned to the feedback request
- The recipient will receive the reminder within a few minutes
- Reminder emails must be sent manually for each individual feedback request
